About The Position
EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a Clinic Director I Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to lead the heartbeat of care within their senior living communities. This role involves shaping how care is delivered daily, guiding a team, building trusted relationships, and helping residents stay active, independent, and supported. Through the integrated EmpowerMe 360 model, the Clinic Director may have opportunities to bring therapy, wellness, and care coordination together to make a significant difference in residents' lives. EmpowerMe Wellness partners with senior living communities nationwide, offering therapy, pharmacy, and medical care to enhance residents' lives.
Requirements
- Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP)
- Leadership or mentorship experience (formal or informal)
- Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred
- Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives
- Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit
- A desire to lead, connect, and be visible in your community
Responsibilities
- Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading your team in delivering high-quality care
- Mentor and support clinicians, helping them grow in their clinical skills and confidence
- Partner with community leadership to implement and strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model
- Build strong relationships that drive resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment
- Coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services to ensure a seamless resident experience
- Lead and support team performance, scheduling, and day-to-day clinic operations
- Contribute to program development and quality improvement
