About The Position

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a Clinic Director I Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to lead teams and foster a strong sense of care within their communities. This role involves shaping daily care delivery, mentoring clinicians, building relationships, and integrating the EmpowerMe 360 model of care. The position offers opportunities to bring therapy, wellness, and care coordination together to significantly impact residents' lives, helping them stay active, independent, and supported. The Clinic Director will continue to treat residents while leading, ensuring a hands-on connection with both residents and their team.

Requirements

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP)
• Leadership or mentorship experience (formal or informal)
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit
• A desire to lead, connect, and be visible in your community

Nice To Haves

• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading your team in delivering high-quality care
• Mentor and support clinicians, helping them grow in their clinical skills and confidence
• Partner with community leadership to implement and strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model
• Build strong relationships that drive resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment
• Coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services to ensure a seamless resident experience
• Lead and support team performance, scheduling, and day-to-day clinic operations
• Contribute to program development and quality improvement
