About The Position

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a Clinic Director I, Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to lead the heartbeat of care within their communities. This role involves managing a team, building trusted relationships, and helping residents stay active, independent, and supported. The Clinic Director will shape how care is delivered daily, potentially utilizing the EmpowerMe 360 integrated model of care to bring therapy, wellness, and care coordination together. EmpowerMe Wellness is an integrated healthcare company partnering with senior living communities nationwide. Through their EmpowerMe 360 program, they bring together therapy, pharmacy, and medical care to help residents live stronger, safer, and more independent lives. Their mission is to improve the lives of seniors and the communities they call home, with clinicians and Clinic Directors delivering care with meaning, building trusted relationships, and shaping the future of senior wellness.

Requirements

  • Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP)
  • Leadership or mentorship experience (formal or informal)
  • Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives
  • Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit
  • A desire to lead, connect, and be visible in your community

  • Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading your team in delivering high-quality care
  • Mentor and support clinicians, helping them grow in their clinical skills and confidence
  • Partner with community leadership to implement and strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model
  • Build strong relationships that drive resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment
  • Coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services to ensure a seamless resident experience
  • Lead and support team performance, scheduling, and day-to-day clinic operations
  • Contribute to program development and quality improvement
