We are seeking a driven clinician with passion for helping children live life to the fullest. As a clinic-based BCBA, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of children while providing direct on-site support to RBTs. Treatment is compassionate, child led and naturalistic. A rewarding part of your role will be collaboration with your fellow teammates! Our clinics are comprised of board-certified behavior analysts, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech language pathologists. This allows you the opportunity to work together to drive patient success. As a clinic director, you will work alongside the regional director and clinic directors of other Ivy locations for optimal personal leadership growth.

Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited BCBA Program
  • Proof of current or pending state licensure / certification in respective state (with completion of 8-hour supervision training)
  • Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Self-motivated with the willingness to exceed expectations, learn and grow
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and bedside manner
  • Outstanding time management and ability to multi-task
  • New graduates are welcome to apply!

  • Preferred 1 year+ of experience working with children
