We are looking for a dedicated Clinic Custodian who understands that a clean environment isn't just about appearance—it’s the first line of defense in keeping our patients, staff, and community safe.

Requirements

1+ years of commercial cleaning or custodial experience required.
Ability to stand/walk for long periods, bend, reach, and lift up to [e.g., 40 lbs].
A compassionate, respectful attitude toward diverse populations

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in a medical clinic, hospital, or dental office is highly preferred.
Understanding of infection control, chemical safety (SDS), and OSHA standards is a major plus.

Responsibilities

Sanitize Medical Spaces: Clean, disinfect, and maintain exam rooms, waiting areas, laboratories, and restrooms according to healthcare sanitation standards.
Infection Control: Safely handle and dispose of biohazardous waste, sharps, and regular trash following OSHA and clinic guidelines.
Floor & Surface Care: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all common areas and administrative offices.
Inventory Management: Monitor and restock clinic supplies (soap, paper towels, PPE, cleaning chemicals) and notify management when supplies are low.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure all walkways are clear of hazards and report any maintenance issues (leaks, broken fixtures) immediately.
