About The Position

We're currently seeking a passionate Clinic Coordinator II to join our dynamic team at our Outpatient Mental Health Clinic in Germantown, MD. As a Clinic Coordinator II, you'll play a vital role in facilitating the medical and psychiatric treatment of our clients, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care and support.

Requirements

Knowledge of psychiatric medications
Excellent time management and organization skills
Ability to work independently and handle high-stress situations
Background check and drug screening required

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in health and human services or business management (preferred) or relevant experience
Prior experience with Microsoft Business Applications (Excel, Teams, SharePoint) is desirable

Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule client appointments
Seek and link clients with external resources as needed
Maintain documentation in electronic prescription system
Liaise with pharmacies for prescription refills and corrections
Ensure accurate and up-to-date client records
Answer phone calls and triage clients efficiently
Monitor waiting room and ensure timely client care
