About The Position

Seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to collaborate with our patients and staff to uphold compassionate clinical care and clerical support. Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, the CNA will be responsible for escorting patients to examination rooms, verifying patient information by interviewing patients and reviewing/recording medical, social, and psychological history. The role ensures a safe and clean environment for patients and co-workers, collects and records current medication history for provider review, and obtains vital signs, height, and weight, recording this information in the patient record. Other duties as assigned. This position is a great opportunity for an individual who is flexible, patient, and skilled at clear communication and critical thinking.

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license from the State of NE required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required within 90 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
• One month related experience and/or training preferred.

Responsibilities
