We offer same-day, no-wait appointments across urgent care, primary care, and specialty care. We are expanding our services beyond the Pacific Northwest and are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team. ZoomCare is seeking a Clinic Associate to contribute to our mission. The Clinic Associate will ensure patients have a "Perfect Visit" experience in various service lines, including Daily Care, Family Medicine, Mental Health, Women's Health, Dermatology, and Podiatry. Responsibilities include managing appointments, updating medical records, patient check-in/check-out, performing blood draws, processing lab work, and managing inventory.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
1+ year of healthcare, customer service, or administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, AthenaOne, and other relevant software applications.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment, thriving under pressure and time constraints.
Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification from a recognized and reputable organization (e.g., American Heart Association, Red Cross) or the ability to obtain one within 1 month of hire.
Ability to complete ZoomCare’s phlebotomy training program within six months of hire.
WA: Must be able to obtain a Medical Assistant- Phlebotomist license within 6 months of hire.
Vaccinated against COVID-19, Hepatitis B., MMR, PPD, Varicella (Chickenpox), and TD/TDAP.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree.
Current phlebotomy license; equivalent licensure or training experience.
Current licensure/certification as a Certified Medical Assistant, Clinical Medical Assistant, National Certified Medical Assistant, Clinical Medical Assistant Certification (CCMA) or prior experience as a Medical Assistant - Registered.

Responsibilities

Check patients in and out for appointments.
Schedule new appointments.
Process patient payments.
Educate patients on navigating their ZoomCare medical record.
Maintain patient demographic and insurance information.
Perform blood draws and finger sticks according to laboratory standards.
Process collected specimens and document results.
Maintain supply inventory, including ordering, receiving, and storing supplies.
Work with and maintain basic medical equipment.
Provide emergency care to patients when necessary.
Support medical providers as needed.
Ensure the clinic remains clean and neat.
Perform other duties as assigned.
