About The Position

Vancouver Clinic is hiring a non-clinical Clinic Assistant to support our Ophthalmology team’s clinical workflows. This role focuses on completing pre-visit chart reviews, preparing charts for providers, reviewing patient information, and uploading existing test results into the electronic medical record. The Clinic Assistant helps ensure clinicians have accurate, organized information available before each appointment, supporting efficient visits and coordinated patient care.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Ophthalmology clinic experience required
Knowledge of medical terminology and ophthalmic terminology preferred
Two years of experience in a health care environment preferred
Epic EHR experience preferred
