This is a part-time Clinic Administrator position located in Pittsburg, KS. The role involves a variety of administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the clinic.

• Currently obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in business, early childhood, education, behavior analysis, psychology, or related field.
• Proficiency with the Google platform
• Strong written and oral communication skills as evidenced in work history.
• Strong organizational and planning skills as evidenced in work history.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling appointments
• Cleaning (offices, bathrooms, therapy rooms, etc.)
• Organizing
• Ordering supplies
• Assisting with opening and/or closing the clinic
• Navigating various emails to answer questions
• Attending outreach events
• Onboarding new staff and tracking training for staff
• Communicating with staff about completing tasks
• Assisting the clinic director in scheduling meetings
• Assist with outreach events at universities and other outreach opportunities.
