The Clinic Administrator III will plan, direct, develop and coordinate activities of the clinic(s) to ensure attainment of corporate goals and objectives. Requirements
- 3+ years of supervisory/management experience
- Demonstrated experience with organizational skills, excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Management of a minimum of 15 - 30 Providers - Multispecialty Site and 10+ providers - Specialty Care Department at assigned clinic
- Solid working knowledge of healthcare/clinical operations
- Driver’s License and access to a reliable transportation

Responsibilities
- Coordinate directly with the Managing Physicians to achieve the goals of the organization
- Ensures proper implementation of policies and procedures related to Finance, Managed Health Care, Quality Assurance/ Risk Management, Marketing, Purchasing and Human Resources at the clinic level
