About The Position

This position is responsible for the daily management of actionable findings work queues and coordination of follow-up activities for patients with clinically significant findings identified through radiology reports, artificial intelligence applications, and other diagnostic sources. The coordinator serves as the operational owner of assigned findings from identification through closure, ensuring timely provider notification, patient communication, documentation, and follow-up completion. The role is the central point of coordination among providers, patients, specialists, and support services.

Requirements

Associate’s degree in a clinical healthcare field.
At least 3 years of clinical healthcare experience.
Experience using Epic or other electronic health records.
Current clinical licensure or certification as a Registered Nurse (RN), Radiologic Technologist (ARRT), Respiratory Therapist (RRT), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Physician Assistant (PA), or another clinically licensed healthcare professional.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in a clinical healthcare field.
Experience in radiology, pulmonary medicine, oncology, care coordination, navigation, or quality improvement.
Experience with incidental findings programs.
Experience working with patient outreach and follow-up workflows.
