About The Position

The Fisher School of Accounting at the University of Florida seeks non-tenure track full-time Assistant, Associate, or Full Clinical Professor candidates for a position beginning Fall 2027. Primary teaching areas are financial and cost accounting at the undergraduate and master’s level, but ability to teach in a third area such as auditing, taxation, or information systems/analytics is a plus.

Requirements

• Earned doctorate in Accounting or related discipline.
• For Associate or Full Clinical Professor: at least 5 years of full-time experience teaching accounting in a university setting.
• For Associate or Full Clinical Professor: a history of publications that would meet the Fisher School’s criteria for classification as a Scholarly Academic under AACSB guidelines.
• For Assistant Clinical Professor: demonstrate potential for such publications.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to teach in a third area such as auditing, taxation, or information systems/analytics.
