Climb Crew Groundsman
About The Position
The Tree Care Groundsman is responsible for hauling and chipping brush, using a chainsaw safely, cleaning and organizing work areas, inspecting, and helping other crew members with tasks and continually learning new things. The grounds crew performs manual labor to assist in the maintenance, storage, and fulfillment of customer orders at the garden nursery. Transport and mix topsoil, fertilizer, peat, and other soil-conditioning materials, using hand tools. Dig, rake, and screen soil and fill flats and boxes for planting.
Requirements
- General laborer with experience with power tools, hand tools, and other equipment preferred.
- Able to follow specific instructions and safety protocols.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to pass drug screen.

Responsibilities
