About The Position

Unique among design firms, LHB includes a group of architects, engineers, and researchers dedicated to identifying and implementing climate solutions to shape the future of our built environment. We focus on projects that have a significant positive impact on carbon reduction, advancing emerging technologies, and ensuring climate justice for all. Our team has an opening for an individual who is passionate about supporting our clients in taking urgent climate action through a wide range of projects including climate mitigation and resilience/adaptation planning, data collection/analysis, and stakeholder engagement. This position offers an opportunity to use your excellent quantitative analysis, planning, and communication skills to support interesting projects with a meaningful impact. This hybrid working position can be based in either our Minneapolis or Duluth, MN office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental sciences, climate, energy, and/or land use planning
  • 1 year of experience in related field
  • Upon receipt of an offer of employment, applicants must be able to successfully complete pre-employment onboarding requirements that will include a criminal/civil background check and drug screen, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations
