Climate Action Data Analytics and Impact Lead - Climate Action, Sustainability and Resiliency

As the Climate Action Data Analytics and Impact Lead, you will be a key leader in CASR’s Climate Action Division, reporting directly to the Deputy Director. You will supervise one associate data analyst in support of this work.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Business Administration, or other related field.
- Three (3) years of senior level data analytics experience.
- Experience translating complex data into easily understandable visual representations
- Strong data analytics experience with different platforms integrating different data sources
- Solid knowledge of and experience in implementing data stewardship practices and processes
- Experience building an architecture that integrates various pipelines and cloud environments
- Supervisory experience in leading analysts to achieving organizational goals
- Valid work authorization that does not require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the U.S.

Responsibilities
- Designing and creating interactive dashboards, charts, graphs, maps, and other visualizations using various tools and software to help stakeholders understand information and make informed decisions.
- Establishing KPIs, other metrics and data analysis tools (i.e., dashboards) to continuously monitor program performance and provide decision makers the ability to report and evaluate across programs/projects/investments.
- Developing and implementing policies, procedures, business practices, and control mechanisms, to assure data integrity and access.
- Connecting disparate data sources across multiple programs and projects to bring needed data into a common analytics platform and source of truth.
- Aligning data management priorities with the CASR executive leadership team goals and priorities.
- Leading an office-wide Data Cross-Functional Team that will engage program managers in a consistent data strategy and approach.
- Managing a yearly budget and contractors to assist in developing data solutions.
- Quickly receive, understand, and respond to requests for information.
- Fulfill other duties as assigned.
