What contract are we looking for? ⪠A pourvoir en Avril ⪠40h/semaine ⪠Salaire selon profil et expérience ⪠Déplacements à New York ponctuels What are the responsibilities of the Clienteling solutions Product Owner? - Product vision management: Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Retail) and technical IT constraints. - Scoping & design: Translate business challenges into detailed functional specifications and prioritize the backlog based on business value. - UX/UI & CRO approach: Collaborate with designers to create seamless user journeys and optimize in-store conversion/engagement rates (CRO methodology). - Data-driven decision making: Analyze usage KPIs, perform A/B testing, and leverage data to justify product evolutions and feature roadmaps. - Consulting & strategy: Adopt an internal consultant posture to guide the business toward the most efficient and innovative market solutions. - Mentorship & leadership: Coach and support the skill development of junior Product Owners within the team. - Delivery coordination: Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases, ensure deliverable quality, and lead Agile ceremonies. - Governance & change management: Support the field deployment of solutions and guarantee tool adoption by sales associates. What is the profile of our ideal candidate? - Proven experience: Minimum 6 years of experience as a Product Owner, with a specialization in Clienteling or Retail Tech solutions. - Domain expertise: Excellent knowledge of assisted selling processes, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and boutique experience personalization. - Tech & design savvy: Solid grasp of software development lifecycles and experience working closely with UX/UI design hubs (user-centric approach). - Data analytics mastery: Ability to interpret complex analytics to effectively steer the product roadmap. - Leadership & knowledge sharing: Demonstrated aptitude for coaching and transmitting product management best practices. - Language Skills: Fluent English is mandatory (international context with daily interactions); proficiency in French is a major asset. - Consultative posture: Strong influencing skills, active listening, and the ability to simplify complex technical topics. - Important: Availability for occasional travel to New York City for client site visits.
