About The Position

The Client Transportation Driver supports client independence and access to services by providing safe, reliable transportation to and from scheduled appointments, programs, and obligations in a company vehicle. The Driver promotes dignity, reliability, and client well-being while maintaining professional standards of safety and care. Full-time, part-time, and on-call positions are available.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Successfully complete a BCI/FBI background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Have an acceptable driving record, subject to an MVR check and approval by the company’s insurance carrier.
• Be able to effectively use smartphone GPS technology.
• Have excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Be willing to undergo a criminal background check.
• Be willing to undergo a driving history background check.
• Be able to maintain client confidentiality at all times.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a client-first approach, professionalism, respect, and compassion in all interactions.
• Safely operate a company vehicle to transport clients to and from approved destinations, ensuring their well-being in accordance with company policies and traffic regulations.
• Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage reports, and other required transportation documentation.
• Conduct routine vehicle safety checks and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, staff, and clients to coordinate schedules and respond to transportation needs.
• Follow company confidentiality standards and safeguard client information.
