The Health Client Technology Manager is a subject matter expert level of client benefits plan requirements. System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and benefits administration systems. Requirements

  • Possess Bachelor's or equivalent work experience
  • Possess 3 or more years of technical experience
  • Able to translate concepts to client requirements that drive technological and process solutions to meet client needs
  • Possess project and client management experience
  • Possess analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Possess Leadership and coaching skills
  • Possess Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Able to facilitate effective conversations with internal and external clients
  • Guide and support adoption of best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with Domain Managers, client, and/or third parties in developing creative technical solutions.
  • Support complex client requirements, while keeping Best Practices in mind
  • Translating client business rules into technical requirements, and resolve complex system defects on time with high quality solutions
  • Supporting client acceptance testing for implementation project
  • Managing the implementation and deployment across all technical work activities. Including management of risks and providing direction on priorities throughout the implementation life cycle
  • Lead/Support our global partners and client teams in the development of creative, high-quality solutions
  • Coaching colleagues on complex system analysis and testing efforts, driving colleague growth and development
  • Leveraging as a coach (outside of aligned client) to support broader critical business needs
  • Creating a culture of continuous improvement and identifies opportunities to improve processes and develops creative solutions that drive improvement.
