About The Position
This role involves providing desktop and networked systems support, including computer deployments, operation, and repair. The technician will be responsible for hardware and software installation and will utilize Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager. The contractor must provide their own equipment (laptop, monitor, etc.), as Lumen and its clients will not provide these. Access to a virtual desktop environment will be provided for system and technology access.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in desktop and networked systems support
- 2+ years of experience in computer deployments, operation, and repair
- 2+ years of experience in hardware and software installation
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
- Must have own equipment (Laptop, monitor, etc.)
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with a help desk ticketing system
- Experience with NTS Network
- Experience with Active Directory or InTune
