As a Client Tax Associate in the International Regulatory Reporting team, you will support timely and accurate regulatory reporting and tax filings for trusts and estates across multiple jurisdictions. You will help ensure compliance with the Common Reporting Standard (CRS), the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA), and broader automatic exchange of information (AEOI) requirements through validation, documentation, and issue management. You will partner with stakeholders to manage exceptions, improve data quality, and identify opportunities to streamline processes. The role supports day-to-day AEOI and fiduciary tax matters and reporting obligations, including CRS, FATCA, economic substance, beneficial ownership, and other non-U.S. tax reporting. It also involves reviewing governing documents and tax forms, managing CRS tax profiles and indicia remediation, monitoring regulatory changes, and improving procedures, systems, workflows, and operational controls through standardization and automation.
