About The Position

Assists with daily living activities in a residential substance abuse program. Monitors self-administration of medications, provides training of basic personal and social skills, and work ready skills. Observes residents and documents their progress in Carelogic. Some light house cleaning is required. Assist with Therapeutic Child Care program as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma (or GED)
• Valid driver's license
• Applicant must be at least 21 years old
• Three years driving experience to provide transportation
• Minimum of 6 months social services experience required
• Ability to observe and monitor client’s behavior.
• Ability to provide training and/or orientation services to participants.
• Ability to participate in supportive guidance.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Proficient with computers.
• Due to the nature of the position, only female applicants will be considered.

Nice To Haves

• CNA and related experience preferred.
• Experience with or knowledge of trauma informed, resilience-oriented care preferred.

Responsibilities

• 40 hours per week.
• 24-hour facility; hours will vary according to the needs of the clinic; weekends on a rotating basis.
