• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years’ experience in customer service position preferred

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to e-mails in a timely manner
• Respond to customer questions, issues and needs in a patient, positive and timely manner
• Track shipments
• Collaborate with other departments as needed to resolve issues
• Follow up on any customer complaints
• Escalate issues to the appropriate authority as needed
