This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated graduate to join Careology at an important moment in our growth. As a Clinical Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for US-based clinical teams: nurses, patient coordinators, oncology staff and others who use the Careology platform day-to-day and need fast, reliable support when something isn't working as expected. You don't need a clinical or technical background, what matters most is clear communication, sound judgement, and the ability to understand a problem quickly. You'll work closely with our wider team to make sure every client team feels heard and helped without delay.
