About The Position

At Alert Communications, we provide around-the-clock live answering and intake solutions tailored specifically for the legal sector. Our team manages incoming leads, client onboarding, and ongoing support for law practices nationwide. We are seeking a Specialists to serve as the premier point of contact for individuals reaching out to our partner law firms. In this position, you will evaluate and qualify incoming inquiries, deliver compassionate customer care, and ensure a smooth, professional onboarding process from the very first call.

Requirements

• Must reside in Texas.
• Clear, confident phone presence to guide callers professionally and compassionately.
• Must be able to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) and holidays.
• Prior experience in customer service, call centers, sales, or hospitality.
• Proficiency using computers and managing multiple screens/systems simultaneously.
• Minimum of 35 WPM typing speed.
• High-speed Fiber or Cable internet only (no satellite, DSL, or WiFi).
• Minimum 15 mbps upload/5 mbps download internet speed.
• Direct Ethernet cable connection to your modem/router.
• PC/Laptop running Windows 11 or higher.
• Wired USB headset with a microphone.
• Apple products/tablets/Chromebooks not supported.

Nice To Haves

• Legal industry experience preferred.
