About The Position

Seeking an eager, self-motivated candidate to fill the Client Service role in our Fiduciary Services division. The candidate would join the Fiduciary Operations team dedicated to fulfilling the directives and initiatives proposed by Axos Bank’s Chief Operating Officer. The candidate filling this role will work very closely with the VP, Operations Manager to handle incoming calls and emails from Fiduciary Operations’ clients. The candidate should be extremely well rounded and have moderate understanding of computer related hardware. The candidate should have good verbal communication skills, as well and common-sense best practices.

Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Participation in independent case studies or external projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or relevant focus preferred
• Experience working in an office environment preferred, new grads considered
• Experience researching complex problems and arriving at a viable solution preferred
• Experience in the financial services / banking industry preferred
• Basic knowledge and understanding of banking, including general regulatory and accounting guidelines preferred
• Basic computer troubleshooting skills preferred

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls to deliver service and support
• Gather customer’s information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms
• Research required information using available resources
• Accurately process and record call transactions using a computer and designated software
• Follow up and make scheduled callbacks to customers where necessary
• Stay current with system information, changes, and updates
