This Full-Time position is based in our Los Angeles, California office and is crucial for maintaining our high standards of client satisfaction. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing timely and effective solutions to their enquiries.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a client support, customer service, or similar role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and empathetic telephone manner.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-focused orientation.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office software.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Nice To Haves

• Experience within the automotive industry is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inbound communications via email, phone, and other support channels.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
• Identify and assess clients' needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
• Handle client complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, ensuring a seamless client experience.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed and actively participating in team meetings.
