Position Overview As a Client Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding front-line customer support. You'll engage with clients from the comfort of your home over Zoom, helping clients to identify and achieve their financial goals. It's all about creating exceptional customer experiences by offering education, discovering goals, and implementing strategies to obtain them. • Experience in education, coaching, military, or as elite athletes preferred but not required!
