  • Successfully handled 60+ calls per day or similar workloads.
  • Confident using multiple computer systems and learning new tools quickly.
  • Stay organized, focused, and calm when priorities shift.
  • Communicate clearly, listen actively, and know how to build rapport over the phone.

Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of outbound and inbound patient calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide order updates and clearly explain next steps in the care process.
  • Conduct follow-ups on expiring prescriptions and time-sensitive treatments.
  • Document interactions accurately across multiple systems.
  • Manage several tasks simultaneously while meeting productivity and quality standards.
  • Work closely with your call center team to ensure a smooth, patient-first experience.
