SENIOR HELPERS MCKINNEY IS URGENTLY HIRING for Client Support Specialist – Active Care & Mobility Support IN MCKINNEY, TX and SURROUNDING AREAS! Make a Difference in Someone's Life! Senior Helpers McKinney is hiring a dependable caregiver for an active, hands-on role supporting a client who requires mobility assistance and daily living support at home. This is not a sit-down companion position. We are seeking someone reliable who is comfortable taking responsibility during their shift, staying active, and maintaining a safe and structured environment for the client.

Requirements

Male caregiver
Must have 2 years of professional , verifiable, experience working with seniors.
Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
Comfortable assisting with mobility and physical support tasks
Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Lifting if needed
Provide mobility, walking support throughout the home, repositioning, and fall prevention
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if needed
Perform light housekeeping and keep the environment safe and clean
Offer companionship and emotional support
Assist with medication reminders and other daily needs
Comply with all the company's policies, procedures, and guidelines
Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
Respect and maintain clients' privacy and confidentiality at all times
Accompany clients with appointments and errands
Engage client in meaningful conversations and activities to promote socialization and mental stimulation
Complete accurate care documentation
