We are seeking a dynamic, driven, professional, detail-oriented and trustworthy Event Manager to support the continued growth and success of our thriving Events Practice.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in virtual assistance, sales support, customer support, business development, or similar roles
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Self-starter with strong initiative, accountability, and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with outreach tools (LinkedIn, email platforms) and CRM systems is a plus
  • Strong communication and professionalism in client interactions
  • Resourcefulness and ability to “figure things out” independently
  • Adaptability across different types of work (outreach, research, admin, etc.)
  • High level of ownership and reliability

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms to engage prospects, clients, and partners
  • Support follow-ups, scheduling, and ongoing communication with stakeholders
  • Maintain professional and clear written communication aligned with client expectations
  • Identify and research companies, executives, and market opportunities
  • Build and manage prospect lists for campaigns and business initiatives
  • Gather insights on industries, competitors, and target markets
  • Assist in executing outreach and marketing campaigns
  • Track and update activity in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Sheets)
  • Support reporting, data management, and pipeline tracking
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate across teams
  • Assist with documentation, reporting, and internal organization
  • Support ad hoc projects across business, events, or client initiatives
