Located in Houston, TX, Teachers of Tomorrow is the leading national alternative certification program (ACP) provider with plans of continued growth in 2025. Teachers of Tomorrow is looking to add an enthusiastic Client Support Manager to our team. In this role, you will support the administrative functions of the Client Success and Engagement Team. As the Sales Support Manager, you will assume ownership over the accuracy and detail of critical client information and data, should have a keen eye for detail, while maintaining accuracy on data entry and excel files. This is a full-time position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a leading university with academic excellence or commensurate experience in an educational or professional administrative capacity
  • At least 3 years in a sales support role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong computer skills and understanding spreadsheet software and CRM applications
  • Self-driven, goal oriented active learner
  • Team oriented approach and personality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Accuracy in data entry, uploads, and gathering information and requirements
  • Superior time-management skills
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm, initiative, teamwork, and professionalism
  • Must be able to legally work in any US company without sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Support the Teachers of Tomorrow, #TEACH, The Learning Liaisons, and Simple K12 sales team. This includes, but is not limited to: MOUs/Pos, quotes, etc.
  • District Support. This includes but is not limited to: district emails (status updates, candidate lists, district favorites, etc.) and answering district phone calls across states and ToT/#TEACH brands.
  • District meetings, when needed
  • Manage District Job Fairs, gather information, and coordinate with Marketing on postings
  • Ownership over District Vacancies lookup nationwide and outreach to fill
  • Complete vendor applications for sales team across brands, when needed
  • Gather information for data input and upload
  • Assist in the preparation of confidential documents and information
  • Review program data for consistency in multiple systems and conduct data cleanup
  • Act in accordance with Teachers of Tomorrow core values
  • Perform other duties as needed
