About The Position

CMC:Berkshires (CMCB) is a private 15-bed residential treatment center located on 200 acres in the Berkshire Mountains of Western Massachusetts. We are driven by optimism about people’s capacity to change and by our commitment to the science of change. CMCB has an opening for a fulltime OVERNIGHT Client Support Liaison for the following schedule: Saturday-Tuesday 9PM to 7AM. Client Support Liaisons act as a dedicated intermediary for our in-house clients to ensure smooth navigation, address concerns, and improve the overall client experience. Requirements

Must have a valid driver's license in good standing.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Patience, empathy and kindness for others.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, sit for periods of 10 hours.
Comfortable with working independently.
Comfortable with driving a mini-van.
Ability to lift, push, pull weight of 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

Degree or applicable experience in psychology, health administration, or social work.
