The Client Support & Implementation position plays a pivotal role in driving client satisfaction and advancing strategic partnerships within the Investor Communications space. This position works closely with the Senior and Director members of the team to lead a high-performing, client-focused service team dedicated to delivering exceptional support to BetaNXT's broker-dealer clients. This is a hybrid position based out of our Cary, NC office location with an in-office requirement of 3 days per week.
