Requirements

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• fundamental understanding of software and IT systems
• proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello, as well as the Microsoft Office Suite
• problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, implementation, or customer success roles
• Basic understanding of software, IT systems, or process implementations

Nice To Haves

• experience in a SaaS environment
• familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce
• Knowledge of change management and process improvement methodologies
