About The Position

Canary Hiring Technologies is a fast-growing HR software startup looking for a Customer Support / Implementation Specialist to support and onboard clients using our platform. This role focuses on hands-on customer support, client implementations, and training — ensuring customers have a smooth experience from setup through day-to-day use. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with HR software or SaaS support experience who enjoys solving problems, working directly with clients, and being part of a growing startup team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS customer support, implementation, or client training
  • Experience supporting or implementing HR software strongly preferred
  • Moderate to advanced technical skills
  • Proficiency with CRM and support tools
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Resides in Atlanta, GA or surrounding area

Nice To Haves

  • HR technology, payroll, or talent acquisition software experience
  • Experience training clients or end users
  • Familiarity with data analysis or reporting tools
  • Startup or high-growth environment experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily customer support for HR software clients via email, phone, and virtual meetings
  • Troubleshoot application, configuration, and user issues with moderate to advanced technical complexity
  • Support and manage client implementations, including system setup, configuration, and data validation
  • Conduct client training sessions and provide ongoing user guidance
  • Document support issues, resolutions, and implementation details in CRM and ticketing systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate issues and improve product functionality
