We’re looking for a Customer Implementation Operations Specialist to join our Customer Experience team. Reporting to the Team Lead, Customer Implementation Operations, you’ll be assisting the project management team in keeping the queue flowing and aiding in setups and configurations of our hardware.

  • Manage project queues – manage the project queue by processing new account alerts and projects daily, ensuring timely project setup, accurate subscription workflows, and proper assignment of resources.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally – work closely with Trainers and Project coordinators to set up and configure Touch and POS modules as needed, as well as assisting with basic remote hardware setup for implementation projects as needed.
  • Keep documentation up to date – assist with creating and updating internal process documentation
  • I have knowledge of data analytics, project management, or both.
  • I gained my knowledge through 1+ years of direct experience in customer implementation within a SaaS environment or supporting a team in an admin role.
  • I have experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Planhat
  • I’m familiar with project management fundamentals and data analytics related to project management
  • I’m exceptional at processing high volumes of data with extremely high accuracy and urgency
  • I’m extra passionate working collaboratively with a diverse team to ensure seamless project implementation goals.
  • I’m willing to occasionally travel and have a valid passport and no travel restrictions that limit my ability to cross the border between Canada and the USA (and Vietnam if required for role).
