Requirements

  • Ability to work remotely in a productive, efficient, and professional manner.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat/PDF, and other standard business applications.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) compliance experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) regulations and terminology preferred.
  • Knowledge of Workers' Compensation, No-Fault, and Liability insurance claims preferred.
  • One to three years of experience in a customer service and/or administrative role preferred.
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering product to clients in accordance with individual client handling protocols.
  • Ensure on-time product delivery to meet internal and external turnaround times. Will require a flexible schedule (ex: staying past usual work hours if necessary).
  • Perform quality control on cases assigned to ensure processing according to policy & procedures as well as client handling protocols.
  • Assist with medical provider communication and contact as needed.
  • Provide back-up and assistance to the department based on capacity.
  • Regularly communicate with management regarding workload status and provide additional support as needed to other departments
  • Abide by all rules of the company such as safety, confidentiality, and organizational directives.
