About The Position

We are scaling intentionally, investing in our people, and building a client success organization designed for both growth and stability. The Client Success Specialist (CSS) is the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients, serving as their trusted advisor for payroll and HCM platform support. This role owns the client relationship end-to-end, ensuring clients feel supported, confident, and set up for long-term success. You are a relationship owner, product expert, and problem solver.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer support, client service, or account management experience
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organization skills
  • High attention to detail and strong ownership mentality
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism

Nice To Haves

  • Payroll, HRIS, or HCM experience is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Own the full client lifecycle post-implementation
  • Manage an assigned portfolio of payroll and HCM clients
  • Configure and maintain client payroll, HR, and HCM modules
  • Provide hands-on support via phone, email, and proactive outreach
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide best-practice guidance
  • Partner cross-functionally to resolve complex client needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and client records
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve client experience and retention
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships
