About The Position

This is a high-performance role for a Client Success Specialist who thrives under pressure and takes ownership of outcomes. The specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of client projects, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery from quoting to production. The role involves direct communication with clients and internal production teams, translating complex client requirements into flawless execution plans, and managing multiple fast-moving projects while preventing errors. This position is not for an easy, low-accountability role, but rather for someone who wants to own their work, grow fast, and be part of a high-performing team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in client service, project coordination
  • Strong systems/technical skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, CRM, MIS)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in printing, direct mail, or digital experience

Responsibilities
