About The Position

Silvur is modernizing retirement decision-making by partnering with financial institutions to provide tools and resources to their account holders. Their tech-powered insurance platform assists members with health and wealth decisions during retirement. The company has experienced significant growth, doubling its partner network and is seeking a Client Success Specialist to manage day-to-day relationships with credit union partners, drive adoption, deliver training, and build scalable support systems. This role emphasizes building repeatable playbooks, scalable training, and data-informed engagement, with an increasing focus on AI-driven workflows.

Requirements

  • Travel is expected for in-branch training, executive business reviews, and partner relationship-building.
  • 1-2+ years of experience in partner success, client onboarding, account management, marketing, or product specialist roles.
  • Startup experience preferred; comfort with ambiguity and building process where none exists.
  • Experience collecting and analyzing data to make informed decisions.
  • Comfort with a modern, AI-first lightweight tech stack including Claude, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), HubSpot, Asana, Canva+.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and project-management skills.
  • Comfort leading cross-functional initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for credit union partners, addressing product questions, resolving escalations, and ensuring program progress.
  • Manage the ongoing health of partner relationships through proactive check-ins, prompt responses, and ensuring a positive partner experience.
  • Conduct recurring meetings and executive business reviews to identify adoption gaps, highlight successes, and align on objectives.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase product usage and referral volume within assigned accounts.
  • Become an expert on Silvur's Insurance platform and serve as the primary resource for partners.
  • Design and deliver training for credit union staff and in-branch teams, in coordination with local Silvur Insurance agents.
  • Develop and deploy repeatable enablement materials, playbooks, and resources for a large partner portfolio.
  • Track referral activity, engagement, and product utilization across partners to guide focus areas.
  • Surface insights and trends to internal teams and translate partner feedback into actionable product and process recommendations.
  • Collaborate with operations, product, and marketing teams to enhance client and member outcomes.
  • Support the onboarding of new partners from kickoff to deployment with a structured, education-first approach.
