About The Position

The Client Success Specialist (AOS) is responsible for serving as a liaison to a variety of WellSky clients. The scope of this job includes navigating specific workflows to process client requests, working closely with executive leaders to find resolutions, and maintaining long-term client relationships. This position is based at WellSky’s World Headquarters in Overland Park, KS and will support our Coding and Revenue Cycle Support business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience leveraging Generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Copilot) to automate routine workflows, draft client communications, or analyze data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (particularly Excel for data analysis and Outlook for high-volume email and calendar management) and hands-on experience navigating Salesforce.
  • Strong organizational and project skills, with a proven ability to multi-task and prioritize deliverables in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex, high-stakes client conversations and a track record of developing creative, out-of-the-box solutions to resolve challenging client inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients regarding requests for contract adjustments specific to financial commitments and navigate through requests to understand opportunities while strengthening client partnerships and experiences with WellSky's solutions.
  • Partner with clients to ensure all conversations and action items are completed efficiently and on time.
  • Maintain a broad understanding of client lifecycle engagement expectations across WellSky’s business and operational teams, identify opportunities for increased client alignment, and partner with client organizations to streamline experiences in order to maximize long-term value.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and business owners to recommend client negotiation strategies.
  • Analyze and craft proposals and other business-related communications.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.
