As Senior Coordinator – Client Success, you will take direct ownership of core enterprise relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and primary day-to-day account lead. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will manage end-to-end digital campaign lifecycles while partnering closely with internal teams to translate performance metrics into strategic growth. Reporting to the Supervisor - Client Success, this role offers an exciting opportunity to drive campaign excellence by combining digital advertising expertise, client management skills, and independent problem-solving ability with modern tech tools.

Requirements

2+ years of hands-on digital marketing, agency account management, or media campaign experience with product and industry knowledge.
Degree or diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven track record managing enterprise accounts and multi-channel campaigns (Programmatic, Search, Social, Display), with preferred hands-on experience optimizing directly within major ad platforms or DSPs (e.g., DV360, Meta, Google Ads).
Proficient in web analytics and reporting tools (GA4, Looker, Datorama, Funnel), CRM platforms (Salesforce), task management systems (Asana, Function Point), and comfortable leveraging third-party/proprietary AI tools.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with preferred experience handling contracts, sales orders, and insertion orders (Salesforce, Sage Intacct).

Responsibilities

Takes full ownership of core enterprise client relationships, serving as the primary day-to-day lead to independently manage communication, set expectations, and address client needs with speed and professionalism.
Works with the Audience & Optimization and Solutions & Sales teams to craft, execute, and refine data-driven digital media strategies aligned with client KPIs.
Leads client-facing meetings independently to present campaign proposals, strategic recommendations, and comprehensive post-campaign performance reports.
Monitors campaign metrics, identifies trends, and translates performance data into actionable insights and strategic pivots for clients.
Executes tactical campaign updates in platforms such as DV360, Meta, and Google Ads, directly managing creative refreshes and audience adjustments.
Ensures all client-facing documentation, campaign timelines, and media plans are accurate, polished, and delivered punctually.
Reviews deliverables for quality assurance, and contribute to internal process improvements.
Maintains clean, up-to-date, and accurate client profiles and history in Salesforce to ensure account continuity and seamless cross-departmental visibility.
Inputs and tracks contract, sales order, and insertion order details within Salesforce to support precise billing operations and timely invoicing.
Utilizes Asana for day-to-day task tracking, managing deliverables, deadlines, and team workflows to guarantee on-time campaign execution.
