About The Position
AO Globe Life is looking for a Client Success Representative to work remotely with individuals and families seeking information about insurance protection. You will guide clients through a needs-based process, explain available options, and help create a positive and professional experience from the first conversation through follow-up. We provide warm leads, virtual training, daily support, and an environment designed for motivated professionals who want to build strong communication and client-service skills.

Responsibilities
- Work with warm leads supplied by the company
- Schedule and conduct virtual client appointments
- Ask thoughtful questions to identify client needs
- Explain life, supplemental health, and accident insurance products
- Provide timely follow-up and answer client questions
- Build rapport and maintain professional client relationships
- Maintain accurate records and organized communication
- Attend training and participate in team development
