Requirements
- BA/BS Degree in related field or 3+ years of related experience
- Proven experience with computer applications including PC-based business applications and project management software. i.e. SAP, Data Repository, Lotus Notes, MS Office, Visio or other flowcharting software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and facilitation skills with all associate and Management levels
Nice To Haves
- APICS Certification and Project Management certificate of study desired
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a collaborative spirit.
- The candidate should also be detail oriented and have a history and desire to drive efficiencies and process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Identifying priority projects within each account and work with Customer Service to define capabilities.
- Maintain, manage, and follow up on quality/issues log from inception to resolution.
- Manage multiple concurrent project assignments of varying size and scope, medium to large single projects to include logistical support during project initiation, project planning, project execution, project control and project closure.
