We are seeking a Client Success Manager to own and grow a portfolio of client relationships. This role exists to ensure clients remain satisfied, retained, profitable, and positioned for long-term growth. You will serve as the primary client-facing owner of assigned accounts, working closely with Operations, Billing, Sales, and Leadership to ensure every account receives exceptional service and attention. This is not a customer support role. This is a relationship ownership role. The ideal candidate is highly personable, commercially minded, proactive, and capable of building long-term trust with clients while protecting account profitability and identifying growth opportunities.
