About The Position

Trivium Group is an Inc. 5000-ranked, Clutch Award-winning Amazon growth agency. We manage millions in ad spend and help brands scale profitably on the world’s most competitive marketplace. Our CSMs don’t manage accounts — they own outcomes. We’re hiring a Client Success Manager who moves fast, thinks in data, sweats the details, and treats every client like their own business.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of CSM or account management experience at a digital/e-commerce agency
  • Experience managing 20+ client accounts simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset, thinking in terms of ACOS, TACOS, sessions, conversion rate, and margin
  • Ability to move quickly and avoid bottlenecks
  • Attention to detail, ensuring reports are accurate and data is current
  • Clear and confident communication skills
  • Takes ownership and does not shy away from responsibility
  • Fluent English (written and spoken - advanced level required)

Nice To Haves

  • Amazon agency experience is a major plus
  • Comfortable making decisions with imperfect data

Responsibilities

  • Own 20–40 client accounts end-to-end
  • Be the single point of accountability for client results and retention
  • Run onboarding, set strategy, deliver results, retain the account — the full lifecycle
  • Maintain a 2-hour response time during business hours, no exception
  • Analyze brands' performance and profitability weekly
  • Diagnose problems before the client notices them
  • Translate numbers into clear, confident client communication
  • Build and follow structured processes for every account (audits, keyword research, campaign architecture, optimization cycles)
  • Log every change and document every decision
  • Coordinate with PPC strategists daily, owning the relationship and ensuring shared ownership of results
  • Flag and escalate issues within hours, not days
  • Operate at Trivium’s pace, making scaling decisions and adjusting as needed
  • Fix issues the same day or escalate by EOD
  • Manage 1,000+ Slack messages a day with structure and discipline
  • Pitch strategic pivots if performance is flat for 3 weeks
