About The Position

As a Client Success Manager (CSM), you will play a critical role in driving customer outcomes, retention, and growth across a portfolio of key accounts. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to your customers—deeply understanding their business goals, guiding them in leveraging our platform, and ensuring they realize measurable value from our solutions.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role within a SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to manage a portfolio of accounts with a focus on retention, growth, and customer satisfaction
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging stakeholders at multiple levels, including executives
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives forward proactively
  • Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to inform decisions and customer recommendations
  • Collaborative approach with experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset, with a passion for technology and customer outcomes

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in self-storage, real estate, or vertical SaaS industries
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and customer success platforms
  • Experience supporting multi-product or platform-based solutions

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of customers, acting as a strategic partner to support their business goals
  • Drive customer retention and growth by increasing product adoption and identifying opportunities to expand value across the Storable platform
  • Proactively manage account health, setting clear expectations and ensuring timely resolution of issues, requests, and initiatives
  • Lead recurring business reviews (QBRs), delivering insights, performance trends, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and executive audiences
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to advocate for customer needs and improve the overall customer experience
  • Educate customers on product enhancements, roadmap updates, and best practices to maximize impact
  • Monitor and communicate customer health, risks, and opportunities using data-driven insights
  • Identify potential risks early, develop mitigation plans, and align internal teams to ensure successful outcomes
  • Develop a strong understanding of the storage industry and customer operating models to provide relevant, strategic guidance
