About The Position

Gateway Search is working with a high-performing, sustainability-focused service company in South Jersey to fill a full time, permanent Customer Service role that offers long-term growth. The CSM will be the primary heartbeat of the client experience—handling everything from the first call to the final walkthrough for service projects. ​

Requirements

  • 4+ years in high-volume customer service, scheduling, or client management in the project-based industries (construction, home services, tree services, grading/drainage, landscaping, or fence installation)
  • Multitasker who stays calm under pressure and builds rapport instantly
  • Proficient with CRM tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Client Journey: Act as the sole point of contact from initial inquiry through project completion.
  • Strategic Scheduling: Qualify leads and manage crew logistics based on urgency and priority.
  • Proactive Coordination: Bridge the gap between clients and field crews to ensure seamless execution.
  • Project Closeout: Manage call tracking, drive our Google Review program, and ensure 100% satisfaction.
