The Client Success Manager for Abstrakt Marketing Group is responsible for ensuring that all clients who are working with our Cloud Solutions department are completely satisfied with their service. This individual will hold bi-monthly meetings with all clients to ensure roadmaps are established and maintained. He or she will also consult clients on Salesforce best practices to ensure the platform is being used by clients to its full potential. The ideal Client Success Manager has extensive working knowledge of Salesforce and understands how our solutions are intended to help clients. This individual is solution-oriented, creative, and a critical thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills. In this role, your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the future of Abstrakt and the success of our current Cloud Solution clients.
